Behind the business

where it all started...

Michelle’s Macarons started in 2014 when I made my first batch of French macarons. The color and flavor opportunities were endless and I couldn’t wait to start experimenting.

I started selling at farmers markets and events and eventually sold to local shops in my area. In 2018, I opened Troy, Ohio’s first macaron bakery and started teaching others how to do the same.
