Ingredients: 7 oz marshmallow creme/fluff; 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter (room temperature); 1 cup powdered sugar; 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 8 oz Hershey's milk chocolate bars (the kind used for s'mores) (approximately); graham crackers (for sprinkling on top); 117 grams graham crackers (I use Kinnikinnick gluten free); 1/2 stick (2 oz) unsalted butter; 3 tablespoon brown sugar; 1/32 teaspoon salt (or just a few pinches)
