Name: Caramel Apple Cheesecake Macarons (With Crisp Topping)
Ingredients: 1 stick 4 oz unsalted butter; 3/8 cup light corn syrup; 1/2 cup light brown sugar; 2 tablespoons heavy cream; 2 tablespoons granulated sugar; 1/2 teaspoon fine table salt; 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 5 apples (I like to use 3 small Granny Smith and 2 small Fuji peeled and cubed); 1 tablespoon salted butter; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/2 cup rolled oats; 3 tablespoon salted butter divided (you'll use 1 T. for the first part and 2 T. for the second part); 1/4 cup brown sugar; 1 shake cinnamon; 1 pinch fine table salt; 3/4 stick 3/4 of a 4oz stick unsalted butter (room temperature); 6 oz cream cheese (right from the fridge); 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar; 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
