Ingredients: 1 stick (4oz) unsalted butter; 2 tablespoons loose leaf Earl Grey tea (my favorite is a brand called Golden Moon Tea); 3/8 cup light corn syrup; 1/2 cup light brown sugar; 2 tablespoons heavy cream; 2 tablespoons granulated sugar; 1/16 teaspoon table salt; 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 1/2 stick unsalted butter (room temperature); 1 teaspoon loose leaf earl grey tea; half of the Earl Grey Caramel (from the recipe above); 3 tablespoons heavy cream; 3/4 cup powdered sugar
