Name: S'Mores Cheesecake Macarons
Ingredients: 4 oz cream cheese (right from the fridge); 1/2 stick (1/2 of a 4oz stick) unsalted butter (room temperature); 3 oz marshmallow fluff; 1/4 cup powdered sugar; 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 8 oz Hershey's milk chocolate bars (the kind used for s'mores) (approximately); 117 grams graham crackers (I use Kinnikinnick gluten free); 1/2 stick (2 oz) unsalted butter; 3 tablespoon brown sugar; 1/32 teaspoon table salt (or just a few pinches)
