Name: Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Macarons
Ingredients: 1/2 stick (1/2 of a 4oz stick) unsalted butter (room temperature); 4 oz cream cheese (right from the fridge); 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 1/2 teaspoon pure lemon extract; 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice; 1/2 cup strawberry jam (approximately) (my favorite brand is Polaner (it's fruit sweetened and SO GOOD))
